Your data, short version.

REEM Run Club is a community run club in Mallorca. This site collects as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens.

Sign-ups (RSVP)

When you say "I'm in" for a session we store the name you enter, an optional Instagram handle, a bib number and a timestamp. Your name and handle are shown publicly on that session's list so the group knows who is coming. We do not store your IP address, email or phone number. You can remove yourself from any list with the "Remove me" link on the same device, or by messaging us on Instagram.

Where the data lives

Sign-ups are stored with Supabase (hosting region: Frankfurt, EU). Data is kept for the current season and deleted on request.

Cookies and local storage

No tracking cookies. The site keeps a small token in your browser's local storage so it can recognise your own sign-up and pre-fill your name next time. Clear your browser storage to remove it.

Map

The map in the "Where" section loads tiles from CARTO (OpenStreetMap data). Your browser requests those images directly from CARTO, which sees your IP address like any image request.

Fonts and media

Fonts, images and video are served from this site's own hosting (Vercel). No third-party font services.

Photos

Photos on this site show members who agreed to appear. If you want a photo of yourself removed, message us on Instagram and it's gone.
